Co-founded by Jaiha and Jessica, our clinic is led by two extraordinary professionals with over 20 years of combined experience in critical care and trauma nursing. Meet Jaiha

Jaiha began her nursing career in the emergency department of a small, rural hospital directly after graduation. After a few months, Jaiha wanted to dig deeper into the critical care/trauma world, so she started a new job in the emergency department at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, TX. During this time, she took a particular interest in trauma, but more specifically facial trauma patients. She learned many things from some of the best trauma doctors and plastic surgeons in the area. After being in trauma/critical care nursing for over 10 years, she decided to step away from the bedside and move into a different type of medicine. Her interest in facial trauma peaked a new interest in facial aesthetics and rejuvenation.

After completing her first course, she knew this area of medicine was where she wanted to be. Jaiha began to integrate aesthetics into her emergency medicine/critical care background. This has allowed her to not only better understand facial anatomy and injection technique but be well versed in complication management. She believes in lifelong facial rejuvenation and loves to teach her clients the many ways that can be accomplished during the aging process. “I love to educate clients on bone structure and skin changes and how those can be prevented or rejuvenated. It’s exciting to see my patients happy after we have provided some answers and treatments to suit their ever changing skin and facial needs.” Jaiha looks forward to caring for her clients in a different capacity but using the same passion for educating them.

Meet Jessica

Jessica began her nursing career with a drive and passion for critical care nursing. Starting in Trauma ICU, Jessica has worked over 10 years in the critical care setting. As her passion and interest in critical care flourished, Jessica expanded her specialty into emergency medicine. After several years of Trauma ICU and ER, Jessica’s love for diverse critical care lead her to travel nursing. Throughout her years of travel nursing, Jessica worked in a variety of ICUs and ERs nationwide. From the coast of North Carolina to San Fransico California, Jessica thrived in Liver Transplant ICU, Neuro-trauma ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, and ER. She enjoyed the variety of knowledge and experience those areas provided.During Covid, Jessica utilized her vast knowledge of critical care to help communities improve treatments in Covid ICU patients. She worked endless hours helping train staff on ICU medical treatments and devices, as well as, helped convert a once post-partum unit into a Covid ICU.

Over the past few years, Jessica’s interest in aesthetic nursing developed. Although Jessica still loved critical care nursing, she grew a new love in aesthetics. Being born and raised in East Texas, Jessica decided to return to her home community and begin her journey in aesthetic nursing. After her first training and certifications in neurotoxins and fillers, Jessica’s interests quickly cultivated into aesthetics. With a background in critical care, Jessica demonstrates her passion for patient safety and wellness in not only aesthetics, but healthcare as a whole. Her compassion and background allows her to not only give exceptional medical treatment and advice, but also treat her patients as family.

Meet Dr. Benjamin Constante, MD

Medical Director | Board-Certified Physician

Dr. Benjamin Jesse Constante, MD, is the Medical Director at Black Lotus Wellness + Aesthetics, bringing over 25 years of diverse experience in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine to his role. Based in Tyler, Texas, he is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Medicine, where he earned his degree in 1999.

Dr. Constante specializes in hormone replacement therapy, including the use of bioidentical hormone pellets, offering personalized solutions to help clients achieve optimal health and vitality. He oversees all medical operations at Black Lotus, ensuring the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Dedicated to patient education and personalized care, Dr. Constante empowers clients to make informed decisions about their wellness and aesthetics journey. His leadership ensures that Black Lotus is a space where beauty, confidence, and wellness converge.

Meet Kelsey Williamson, LVN

Aesthetic Nurse Injector

Kelsey Williamson, LVN, is a dedicated Nurse Injector specializing in aesthetic medicine. Combining her medical expertise with an artistic touch, she helps clients achieve their beauty goals with precision and care.

Raised in East Texas and a proud graduate of Arp, Kelsey brings small-town values and a passion for empowering others to her practice. After over a decade as a hairstylist, life events inspired her to pursue nursing. During her education, she discovered a deep interest in facial anatomy and aesthetics, leading her to specialize in this field.

Kelsey is committed to continuous learning, pursuing advanced training to refine her skills and provide exceptional care. Whether enhancing features or restoring balance, Kelsey navigates the aesthetics industry with professionalism and safety, ensuring every treatment delivers personalized, transformative results.

Meet LeAnn Freimer

Licensed Esthetician

LeAnn Freimer is a licensed esthetician with advanced certifications in salt facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and brow and lash services. She is dedicated to delivering personalized skincare solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

LeAnn’s passion for skin health and overall wellness drives her comprehensive approach to skincare. She emphasizes the importance of effective treatments and consistent at-home routines to achieve lasting results.

Chief Operating Officer

Alison Kravetz serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Black Lotus Wellness + Aesthetics, bringing decades of experience in sales, project management, and leadership to her role. With a background in interpersonal communications and public relations, Alison has spent her career fostering growth and building meaningful relationships.

In her role as COO, Alison ensures the seamless operation of Black Lotus, aligning business strategy with client-centered practices.
